Job description:
Tom’s Pest Control Brisbane forms part of a company-wide goal to lead Australia’s pest control sector, with a firm commitment to permanent solutions and consistently high standards of service and quality.
We’re looking for a fully qualified Pest Control Technician to cover suburbs throughout the greater Brisbane area on a subcontract basis.
We’re a young and growing company, offering a relaxed environment and comfortable working conditions. This role runs on a subcontract basis, five days per week.
Job Requirements:
Please apply if you have:
- Current Queensland pest control licence
- Your own vehicle and pest control set up
- Current valid Australian driver’s licence
- Minimum of 1 year working experience
- Bird and Possum capable are preferable
- Termite qualified also a plus
Job Qualifications:
- A keen and customer-focused attitude
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues, and good interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and practices provided by the company whilst providing our services

We’re seeking a fully qualified pest and termite technician to cover suburbs throughout the greater Brisbane area.
You can expect employment options from $80K -$90K with $120,000 OTE (incl bonuses 5% commission on all non-standard one-off jobs won and completed valued over $1,000 such as solar panel proofing and termite barriers and 10% on all new business brought in and upsells) in this full-time role, depending on experience and skill set. You’ll work five (5) days each week, with overtime and bonus options available.

- Termite qualified and capable, and up to date with current industry practice
- Current valid Australian driver’s licence
- Minimum of 1 year of working termite experience
